Internal system and security notifications from Worldwide Classifieds Inc. Enrollment uses a signed written consent record.
This program is limited to the WWC founder. The page provides the written enrollment procedure and a blank consent form. Reading or printing it does not enroll anyone.
How written consent works
- Review the program. WWC's administrator gives the founder this page or a printed copy, together with the linked SMS terms and privacy policy. The founder reads the disclosures before deciding.
- Print and sign. The founder completes the blank form below, supplies a mobile number they control, makes the consent choices, and signs and dates the paper record. All consent boxes start empty.
- Return it privately. The founder hands the signed form directly to WWC's designated administrator. If the founder also acts as administrator, both sections are completed separately. The completed form is retained in WWC's private records.
- Verify and record. Before adding the number to the approved recipient list, the administrator verifies the founder's identity and control of the number, records the verification method and consent receipt time, and retains the signed form and the policy versions supplied.
- Confirm enrollment. Once written consent is accepted and messaging is available, the program sends an enrollment confirmation before operational alerts. Declining consent or leaving the SMS box empty means no SMS enrollment.
Consent can be withdrawn by replying STOP to the sending number or by contacting the support address. WWC must honor withdrawal and record it before further program messages are sent. Any carrier opt-out confirmation is handled separately.

Accept only a signed, dated form with explicit SMS consent and the separate policy acknowledgement. Verify identity and number control; retain this form, the supplied policy versions, and any later withdrawal in access-controlled records. Record acceptance before updating the recipient allowlist. Apply carrier opt-out blocks as well as local consent status.
