SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern Worldwide Classifieds Gloria Alerts, the internal founder-only SMS system and security notification program operated by Worldwide Classifieds Inc. ("WWC," "we," "us"). The SMS sending number is +1 (866) 756-5039.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Program purpose and audience
This program is limited to the WWC founder using a verified, approved mobile number. Messages concern system outages, suspicious activity, operational status changes and controlled delivery tests. This is a nonmarketing program; enrollment does not authorize promotional messages or unrelated customer communications.
2. Written enrollment and consent
Initial enrollment follows the written consent procedure and blank form. Before enrollment, the founder receives the program disclosures, these SMS terms and the linked privacy policy. The founder supplies a mobile number they control, makes the separate SMS consent and policy acknowledgement choices, and signs and dates the paper form.
WWC's administrator verifies the recipient and number, records acceptance and retains the signed consent record privately. A blank or unmarked SMS consent choice does not authorize enrollment. Accepting a privacy policy, opening a WWC account, viewing a page or making a purchase does not by itself authorize SMS messages.
SMS consent is separate from any voice-call or email permission. The program begins messaging only after consent has been accepted and the sending service is approved and available. An enrollment confirmation precedes operational alerts.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to system events, follow-up needs and controlled tests. There is no fixed message schedule. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details of charges that apply to your number.
4. Opting out
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to +1 (866) 756-5039. A carrier or network opt-out confirmation may be sent. Further operational program texts will be suppressed unless you validly re-enroll.
You may also request withdrawal through gloria@inetxsys.com. WWC records withdrawals and maintains suppression information to honor them. Opting out of SMS does not grant or withdraw separate permissions for voice or email.
5. Help and support
Reply HELP to the sending number for program help, or email gloria@inetxsys.com. Identify the program as Worldwide Classifieds Gloria Alerts when contacting support.
6. Re-enrollment and number changes
To re-enroll after withdrawing consent, contact WWC and complete the written consent and recipient verification process again. The carrier may additionally require START or UNSTOP to remove its block for this sending number. Removing a carrier block does not replace WWC's requirement for current, recorded consent and recipient authorization.
Notify WWC if you stop controlling the enrolled mobile number or want to change it. A new number requires verification and recorded consent before receiving program alerts. If you received a message in error, reply STOP and contact support.
7. Privacy and limited use of consent
The Gloria Alerts Privacy Policy explains how WWC handles program information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not available for third-party or affiliate marketing, advertising, lead generation or unrelated uses.
Necessary service providers may process program information solely to operate, support and secure this alert service and meet applicable obligations, as described in that policy. Broader permissions in marketplace agreements do not expand SMS consent or authorize prohibited promotional sharing of mobile information.
8. Availability and delivery
Message delivery depends on wireless coverage, carrier processing, device availability and other technical conditions. Messages can be delayed or undelivered. These terms do not promise uninterrupted SMS availability or guaranteed receipt of an alert.
9. Program changes
WWC may update these program terms and will identify changes with a revised date and version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Existing consent will not be treated as permission for a materially different or unrelated messaging purpose; new consent will be obtained where required.

INETX Systems provides hosting and infrastructure services to WWC. WWC remains the end business responsible for this program. This SMS section supplements the website's existing terms for this program; other marketplace provisions do not broaden the founder's SMS consent.
